My salesperson walked me through the whole process of doing my inventory list and making sure I didn’t forget anything important. Right away I was offered a guaranteed price on my inventory list and was happy with the price after reading a lot of reviews it was definitely settling to know i had my price in writing since there are a lot of stories out there. I let them handle all my packing for me and they did an awesome job just like they said they would. My things were picked up on schedule on January 2 in Miami and today everything arrived to me in Colorado as planned and I am super happy!

I called and scheduled an in-home estimate, and was walked through a long checklist of everything I didn’t know I had. They came the next day, the rate we agreed on was reasonable, on time, good guys showed up and took care of all the moving. Wish they would have lifted the some of the furniture versus dragging at times (have wood floors) and they could have wrapped a few pieces before moving them. Overall a few dings, but the scuffs of the floor came off with a little polish. No big deal. I am actually going to call them to move the stuff in my garage into a POD in a few weeks.

I was referred by a coworker when I relocated my 2-bedroom home from Davie, FL to Boston. My moving consultant was very thorough, and helped me realize I was moving a lot more square footage then I originally thought with their helpful moving checklist. I disassembled and packed my fragile stuff myself, but the moving team was very careful handling these items regardless. It took about 4 hours to load, and another 3 to unload six weeks later (I took the free month storage). I paid a little extra to have my furniture reassembled when the movers arrived, and boy was it worth it. No damage, so I will be using again.
